The Most Wonderful Time of the Year...

In an effort known as "The Great Blog Catch Up," I am going to do some major combining of events and picture overload. Unfortunately a crashed computer over the holidays has led to me piecing the memories together from others, and what I had actually already uploaded to Picasa.

Here is a recap of our 2011 Holidays...

For Halloween we headed up to Tim and Bek's kid filled neighborhood. Our little Bam Bam and 50's girl were adorable, obviously! Kyleen shocked me how into Trick-or-Treating she was. As soon as she realized there was candy involved, her stranger anxiety seemed to disappear!

We hosted our first Thanksgiving this year for the Sullins Family- my major lack of pictures from the day proves we were busy! I was super nervous about the turkey, but besides it taking a little longer than I planned, it was perfect! Sitting down to dinner with 3 toddlers was a bit of joke, but definitely reminded us how thankful we are for those little ones. Kyleen found one of her new loves in life on Thanksgiving.... butter! The girl took a spoon to the butter dish and went to town. I guess you get to do that when you are off the charts in your weight!

Christmas was so fun with Kyleen this year as she was in love with the idea of "Ho, Ho, Ho." I am happy with my decision to not even attempt a Santa visit- although she was fond of the idea of him, anytime we saw him at a mall she would seize up instantly. We celebrated at 3 houses on Christmas Day, which was definitely overwhelming for Kyleen, but so important to spend time with family!

Our Christmas morning started off by opening the best present! We had our Dr. put our ultrasound picture revealing what our peanut was in a card and we saved it for Christmas morning. We were so excited to find out we had a little man on the way- although as you can see from the TERRIBLE picture, I still have my doubts

Doesn't everyone ride in cars naked?
Merry Christmas!
