3.12.10

Kyleen, Oh my, how you changed our lives three years ago. We could not have dreamed of a more perfect little princess to be our daughter. You are an incredibly smart, chatty, strong-willed little girl. At times we wish you would relax and not stress so much about the world around you, but we know you are trying so hard to understand everything around you and be a brave, big girl. We feel so special that there are parts of your spunky personality you reserve for just us and close family. How lucky are we? We could not have hand picked a better big sister for Carson. He loves you so much with your silly faces and noises to make him laugh, your sweet kisses, and the tiny bites of food you feed him. We can't wait to see all the changes this year will bring for you! We love you sweet pea.

xo, Mommy and Daddy

Kyleen @ 3:
-still tiny as ever!
-loves Disney princesses
-obsessed with pink and purple
-loves her Gigi and piggie
-a momma's girl
-recently potty trained!
-on a gluten free diet
-great sleeper at night; naps are weaning
-loves her brother
-loves preschool and doing any kind of project

I don't ever want to forget her reaction when she opened this present. Kyleen hates the doctors (like with a deep, burning, puke-on-them, kind of passion). But she sort of likes the Disney show Doc McStuffins. Mom thought should would be sly and get her the doctor bag so we could "practice" her check up that was coming in a just few days after her birthday. Being the smart girl she is, she saw right through me. As she pulled the paper off and surveyed what was there, she side swiped the entire box off the table, and yelled "I don't like it!" She proceeded to hastily run over to her other gifts and start ripping them open, proclaiming the others were okay. Check out the scowl below as she opened her second gift. Luckily we have it all on video!

Her new Minnie scooter (one of the approved gifts!)

Kyleen got to go to Build-a-Bear and BJ's for her special birthday treat. Of course she picked out the most obnoxious pink animal there was and promptly named it "Sparkles".

Filling her up.

Pizookie!
